KATCH_e is a project funded by ERAMUS + programme, with a partnership from Portugal, Spain, Austria and Denmark, almost concluded. It focuses on product-service design and development for the CE and sustainability in higher education and companies, from the construction and furniture sectors. In this session, the main results will be presented: state-of-the art, eight training modules, a MOOC and seven tools. Finally, cases studies resulting from the application and testing of the KATCH_e resources in Austria and Spain will be introduced, after which there will be a debate.

The seminar, conducted by Prof. Rodrigo Lozano and Dr. Maria Barreiro-Gen is highly recommended for PhD students and early career researchers.

Session Chair: Jordi Segalas, Research Institute for Sustainability Science and Technology – UPC –BarcelonaTech Session Chair: Jaco Quist, TU Delft

Throughout the conference it has become clear that many people at the ERSCP are interested in discussing how to shape and contribute to SCP and CE agendas in Europe, which include how to increase policy relevance and practitioner relevance of our research. One aim is to identify main SCP/CE discussion arenas and how the ERSCP network and members can provide inputs there.

At the same time, if we want to collaborate within Europe we also need funding schemes in which SCP and CE topics fit, and that nowadays generally require to pay attention to dissemination, usability, follow-up and implementation (sometimes referred to as impact). The aim of the session is to identify forthcoming funding schemes and opportunities that are relevant to the ERSCP network, to share these, and look for collaboration opportunities for those in the ERSCP network.
